![]() ![]() This policy is designed to reduce the last minute ‘no shows’ and to protect my business. If I don't outline a cancellation policy I will personally suffer from the consequences. Most people are considerate and understand that last minute cancellations have a negative effect on a business such as preparation time/ordering of resources/loss of revenue. Whether you choose to take a stroll along the promenade whilst tucking into fish and chips, pop into one of the many shops/pubs/eateries on Hill Road or dive into the marine lake for a swim, there is plenty to do and see in this undeniably charming town. Another one of Clevedon’s fantastic attractions is the marine lake which is one of the largest sea water infinity pools in the world! It's open to swimmers, paddle-boarders and kayakers free of charge. Almost 150 years old, it used to receive paddle steamer passengers from Devon and Wales and now features a shop, award-winning restaurant and visitor centre as well as holding a host of events throughout the year. It is a beautiful Victorian seaside town which is most famous for having the only Grade 1 listing pier in England. Residential parking in the area is free of charge. Parking can be a little tight due to the amount of tourists who visit and as a result I would advise allowing plenty of time between arrival to Clevedon and the start of the workshop.Drops off at Elton road or Wellington Terrace which is 1 minute from the studio. Public transport from Bristol by bus is recommended. Ğxact directions will be emailed to you once your booking is made.Ground floor access to both the studio and toilet but unfortunately no wheelchair access. Please bring a packed lunch or there is a supermarket nearby. Please let me know of any allergies when making the booking. Aprons and protective equipment will be provided. It is recommended that you wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and no open sandals. Not suitable for women who are pregnant or breast feeding due to the lead content in the solder. It is best to keep the following hour free and avoid needing to rush off. Glass cutting also requires a certain amount of strength and mobility in the wrist. Please keep in mind that there will be quite a bit of standing and moderate labour during the making of your stained glass sun catcher. ![]()
